Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the respondents concerned for disposal of her representation dated 27th August, 2022 as appears at page 43 of the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 21062 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No.4 to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this court has not gone into the merits of the aforesaid representation and the same shall be considered by the respondents concerned strictly in accordance with law and on its own merits. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
