It appears that in the order dated December 11, 2025, the position of respondent no.10 has been mentioned as Pradhan, Sirajbati Gram Panchayat instead and in place of Amta-I Gram Panchayat. Accordingly, it is ordered that the expression "Sirajbati Gram Panchayat" wherever appears in the order dated December 11, 2025, should be read as "Amta-I Gram Panchayat".

This order should be read as a part of the order dated December 11, 2025.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.
