1. Heard Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing for the State respondent.

2. Affidavit-of-service filed is taken on record.

3. The petitioner's grievance in this Public Interest Litigation is that the respondent No.6 is making illegal construction beyond the sanction given by the municipal corporation. The petitioner has already preferred a representation dated 20th March, 2025, (Annexure-'P1') which is pending consideration before municipal corporation.

4. Accordingly, we deem it proper to dispose of this petition by directing the petitioner to resubmit the said representation dated 20th March, 2025, along with copy of this order before respondent Nos.2 and in turn Respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the said

representation in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within 60 days and the outcome shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.
