Versus

The State of West Bengal and others Records of the case reflect that the writ petition was listed lastly on 21.10.2011.

The grievance of the petitioner related to a representation addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Panskura Police Station dated 19.11.2010.

Having considered the time period which has lapsed and there has been no persuasion, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this Court in respect of the prayers so advanced by the petitioner. However, petitioner would be at liberty to ventilate the grievances before the appropriate forum or the concerned authorities, if there are change of circumstances.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 17479 of 2011 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
