It appears from the record annexed to this writ petition that the petitioner has made several representations from time to time and the last of such representation was made through its advocate on 20th July, 2023, being annexure P-12 to the writ petition. Petitioner has produced the letter dated 21st August, 2023 issued by the Assistant Director (H) in response to the representation of the petitioner dated 20th July, 2023 citing the reasons for not allowing the claim of the petitioner. On perusal of the same I find no reason to interfere and furthermore, the said communication is not a part of this writ petition and if at all the petitioner is aggrieved by such communication on its representation, it gives rise to a fresh cause of action

and, accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 20715 of 2023 is dismissed.
