Mr. Saibal Acharyya Mr. Tanweer Jamil Mandal ..for DPSC, Purba Burdwan Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. The application for transfer on medical ground filed by the petitioner in the Utsoshree Portal on 11th July, 2022 is pending consideration till date. The petitioner was physically checked up by the Medical Board. The receipt showing payment for conducting the medical examination issued by the Government of West Bengal, Health and Family Welfare Department by way of challan on 4th April, 2022 is retained with the records.

Without entering into the merit of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhaman to take a decision on the application

made by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking transfer along with all medical documents in support of her prayer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The report forwarded by the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Purba Bardhaman dated 29th August, 2024 and the affidavit of service be retained with the records.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
