Petitioners alleged that the private respondents are trying to encroach the land of the petitioners for which petitioner has prayed before the appropriate authority for measurement. However petitioner apprehends that the private respondents will create disturbance at the time when measurement would take place.

Ganguly, learned additional Government Pleader appears on behalf of the State and submits a report. Let the same be kept with the record. In view of the representation having been made before the police authorities on 19.06.2023, if till date the measurement has not taken place and a fresh representation is filed with the police authorities, police authorities will consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20716 of 2023 is disposed of.
