Re :CRAN 1 of 2024 The petitioner seeks modification of the bail condition imposed upon him by the order passed on 28th August, 2024 on the ground that he is a resident of Kolkata and has to visit the investigating officer at Haldia every week. Investigation is in progress. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition laid down in the said order. Upon consideration of the conduct of the petitioner and the fact that investigation the case is still continuing, the bail condition imposed upon the petitioner be modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer of the case once in a month till the submission of charge sheet.

CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
