Heard learned counsels for the parties The letter of cancellation issued by the Managing Director of the SBSTC on 31st August, 2022 is assailed in the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the Corporation submits Memo being No.

1156/SBSTC/22 dated 14th September, 2022 which demonstrates that the letter of cancellation issued on 31st August, 2022 as well as the subsequent letter issued on 6th September, 2022 have been recalled by the Corporation with immediate effect. In view of the above, nothing further remains for adjudication in the present writ petition.

However, the writ petitioners are at liberty to place their contention as well as the relevant documents before the Corporation at the time of hearing and the Corporation shall consider the same before passing any order with regard to the lease of the petitioners. With the above observations and directions, W.P.A. 21072 of 2022 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
