Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner's prayer before the State Level Clearance Committee under the West Bengal Telecom Infrastructure Guidelines, 2023 being the respondent no. 6 is pending consideration for a considerable period of time.

Without entering into the merit of the prayer of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the aforesaid respondent to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with the said guidelines after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and by passing a reasoned order at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to all the parties.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 12th August, 2024 along with all other supporting

documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
