The affidavit-of-service filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners be taken on record.

2. In spite of service of notice none appears on behalf of the respondents.

3. The petitioners have filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated September 19, 2025 wherein this Court has dismissed the writ petition for default for none appearance of the petitioners when the matter was called.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter was dismissed on September 19, 2025 and immediately on November 11, 2025 the petitioners have filed the present application for recalling of the order. He submits that on the date fixed the petitioners could not appear before this Court as the learned advocate-on-record inadvertently over side the matter listed in the Monthly List.

5. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners perused the materials on record, this Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for none appearance of the petitioners before this Court on

September 19, 2025. Accordingly, the order dated September 19, 2025 is recalled.

6. WPA 21343 of 2024 is restored in its original file.

7. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

8. Let the writ petition be listed on April 9, 2026 under the heading <Urgent Motion=.
