The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the investigating authority, at the time of registration of the FIR, understated Sections in connection with Nowda PS Case No. 243 of 2025.

State has submitted a report which reflects that on conclusion of the investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted and the charge-sheet incorporates, amongst others, Section 109(1) of the BNS.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 5 to 7 is present.

Having considered that the principal grievance of the petitioner has been addressed, I am of the opinion that further redressal, if prayed for, be advanced before the jurisdictional court in seisin of the issues.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20736 of 2025 disposed of.
