Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although Karimpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2025 dated 18.07.2025 was registered for investigation, but the sections which were incorporated were underscored. Petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred, certain sections have been added and learned ACJM, Tehatta has allowed the same.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.10 denies and disputes the contentions of the petitioner.

Having considered the fact that the learned ACJM, Tehatta is aware regarding the progress of the investigation of the case, I am of the view that if the investigation till date has not been taken to its logical conclusion, Additional S.P./SDPO in-charge of Karimpur Police Station would consider the

report under Section 193 of BNSS before it is submitted before the jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 20827 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
