Mitra, Mr. Subhabrata Das ...for the State A657 11-12-2025 AKG Ct. 15 The petitioner submits that he participated in the selection process for the post of Gram Panchayat Secretary in the district of Uttar Dinajpur. He alleges that he had sought certain information from respondent no. 3 under the Right to Information Act, 2005. However, no response was provided to Question No. 3, which pertained to the marks obtained by the petitioner and the rank assigned to him in the selection process.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner's answer script was not furnished since he failed to pay the requisite fees.

Before this Court, learned advocate for the State further submits that the petitioner secured 46.75 marks in the selection process, whereas the cut-off marks were 77.50. In view of this disclosure, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no further grievance, as the information sought has now been provided.

Accordingly, WPA 21349 of 2024 stands disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
