Mr. Debashis Banerjee Mr. Rakesh Jana ..for the petitioner It has been submitted by Mr. Debashis Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has been promoted from Stage-II Assistant Professor to Stage-IV Associate Professor. Therefore, the principal grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate, however, submits that the petitioner is entitled to some financial benefits consequent upon her promotion as aforesaid.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps seeking the consequential benefits.

Accordingly, WPA 18759 of 2016 along with CAN 1 of 2017 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
