The petitioner filed an undated application for job in the category of died in harness. The said application was received by a department (not known which department) on 03.06.2022.

Therefore, it appears that there was no immediate financial crisis to be tied over in respect of the family of the deceased person. Therefore, I do not entertain this writ application because died in harness appointments are given to tie over the immediate financial crisis, for the death of the sole breadwinner of the family which is not found in this case.

Therefore, the writ application is dismissed.
