All stridhan articles are yet to be recovered. The de facto complainant recorded a statement stating that such articles are yet to be recovered.

The need for immediate custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked for the purpose of recovery of the articles.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
