The instant appeal arises out of an order of acquittal wherein the respondent herein has been acquitted. Under such circumstances, this appeal gets abated and accordingly, disposed of.

Learned advocate for the appellant seeks to have a copy of the report filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Baranagar PS, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate dated 19.7.2023 along with the copy of the death certificate of the respondent. The prayer is granted.

Department is directed to serve the aforesaid report to the said learned advocate immediately.
