Learned Counsels appearing for the writ petitioners submit they have claims against the respondent Alchemist Group of Companies.

Mr. Sarkar, learned advocate appearing for the respondent-Alchemist Infra Reality Limited submits similar matters were disposed of by this court vide order dated 16th September, 2021.

We have considered the submissions of the parties. Similar matters were disposed of by this court vide order dated 16th September, 2021 giving opportunity to the petitioners to raise their claims and assist this court in WPA 1389 of 2017 (Ajoy Kumar Das & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors.). It was further observed in case any of the claims in the writ petitions still survive, they shall be at liberty to get the writ petitions revived. We are of the view the present petitions may also be disposed of in similar lines. Accordingly, it is ordered that the writ petitions are disposed of giving liberty to the writ petitioners to raise their claims and assist this court in Ajay Kumar Das (Supra). In order to do so, they may be permitted to intervene in the matter with the leave of this court.

It is further clarified if the claims of the writ petitioners are otherwise admissible before the One-Man Committee in terms of the earlier orders passed by this court, they shall be at liberty to lodge and pursue their claims in accordance with law.

With these directions, the writ petitions and the connected applications, if any, are disposed of. (Bivas Pattanayak, J. ) ( Joymalya Bagchi, J. )
