The petitioner complains that the Basanti Police has not complied with the directions dated 29th August, 2022 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur.

Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions dated 19th April, 2023 issued by the Inspector-in-Charge, Basanti Police Station, Baruipur Police District addressed to the learned State Advocate and the same is taken on record.

It appears that on the petitioner's complaint against the private respondents, proceedings under sections 107, 116 of the CrPC have been taken out. 4.

It is ordered that the Civil Court's interim order of status quo pending disposal of the suit shall be strictly enforced with by the Basanti Police.

Basanti Police shall maintain strict vigil on the said premises. In the event of any further complaint from the petitioner against the private respondents, all measures including the coercive measures, shall be taken by the Basanti Police.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
