1. Petitioner is facing the criminal prosecution for last six years. He prays for expeditious disposal of the case.

2. I have considered the materials on record. I note that further investigation is in progress and trial has not yet commenced.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct Central Bureau of Investigation to take prompt steps to conclude further investigation and submit supplementary charge sheet, if any, at the earliest. Upon submission of the supplementary charge sheet, trial Court shall take necessary steps to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion.

4. With these observations, CRR 3602 of 2024 is disposed of. (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
