The application is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated September 19, 2022. The petitioner is yet to comply with such order.

There is an order dated September 15, 2022 passed in CRM (A) 4423 of 2022 rejecting the prayer for anticipatory bail in respect of other co-accused. The same learned Advocate appeared as the Advocate for the other co-accused whose prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected on September 15, 2022.

CRM (A) 4423 of 2022 was rejected prior in point of time as it was Serial No. 18 of the list. The present application for anticipatory bail was Serial No. 29 in the list The conduct of the learned Advocate for the petitioners is not appreciated. In fact, it is deprecated in the strongest of the terms. In view of the materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 4434 of 2022 is dismissed.
