It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the land which was given to this private respondent for cultivation is now being constructed upon.

The private respondent is represented and submits that there are serious allegation of fraud which need to be examined.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 21380 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 5 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner(s) dated 24th July, 2024 S.D.

within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order to the said respondent and after giving a right of hearing to all the concerned parties,

in accordance with law and without being influenced by any observation or direction made in this order. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of this case and all questions are left open to be decided by the respondent no. 5 in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Affidavit of Service filed by the petitioner be kept with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
