The application being CAN No. 2 of 2019 (Old No. 6230 of 2019) is, accordingly, dismissed. Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner shall not proceed with the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for "non prosecution".
