Bhattacharya Mr. Aviroop Bhattacharya ... for the private respondent no.7 The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that inspite of informing the police authorities regarding the existence of an injunction order being passed by the learned civil court, there has been gross violation at the behest of the private respondents.

Although, repeated information were furnished, but, no steps were taken.

State has submitted a report which reflects that series of cases are pending between the petitioners and the

private respondents including a partition suit being TS 232 of 2022.

The records of the writ petition reflects that in respect of the information furnished by the petitioner and, for violation of the said injunction order, Krishnaganj PS Case No. 354 of 2025 dated 22.08.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of the BNS.

Having considered that the police authorities have taken appropriate steps, I am of the view that further interference by this court is unwarranted.

So far as the other issues are concerned, the petitioners and the private respondents would ventilate their grievances before the appropriate forum.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20702 of 2025 disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
