Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. Report submitted by the Inspector of Police, Beldanga P.S, Murshidabad through the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

Record reflects that the conduct of the petitioner is satisfactory. Accordingly, the conditions so imposed by this court on 29th September, 2022 in CRM (SB) 231 of 2022 is, hereby waived subject to the following :-

1. The petitioner shall be physically present before the trial court on the dates fixed by the trial court.

2. The petitioner shall inform his present place of residence both to the learned trial court as well as the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station.

3. Any change of address must be informed to both the above-

mentioned Authorities immediately. In the alternative, the learned trial court would be in liberty to cancel the bail without any further reference to this court.

With the aforesaid observations, the application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
