Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties submits that the Ejectment Suit No. 524 of 2011 in respect of which the present application has been preferred has already been decreed vide judgment passed by the 3rd Bench, Presidency Small Causes Court, Calcutta on 25th September, 2019.

In such view of the matter, the present application has become infructuous.

C.O. 3441 of 2018 is accordingly dismissed being infructuous.
