1. The petitioner is aggrieved by his service book has not been recast in terms of the communication dated 18th May, 2022 of the Sub-Inspector of Schools, Binpur-II Circle under Jhargram.

2. The petitioner also prays for unpaid arrears of salary.

3. Counsel for the District Primary School Council, Jhargram on oral instructions submits that the service book of the petitioner has been rectified and the arrears are being processed for disbursement.

4. In those circumstances, this Court directs the respondents, particularly Treasury Officer, Jhargram to ensure that all arrears of the petitioner are released to him mandatorily and positively within a period of three weeks from date.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
