Vaisya Mr. Sagnik Chatterjee ..for DPSC, South 24 Parganas Mr. Gourav Das Ms. Tuli Sinha ..for the State Affidavit of service filed in court today be kept on record. The petitioner is short of qualifying service of four months and eight days for granting pension and other retirement benefits from the date of his retirement i.e. on 30th June, 2020. The petitioner is not getting pension for not having qualifying service.

Therefore, I direct the Secretary of the School Education Department to look into the matter for condonation of short period in qualifying service within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
