Petitioners Mr. Partha Sarathi Ghosh ...for the petitioners Mr. Saibal Bapuli, Mr. Arijit Ganguli, Mr. Arani Bhattacharya ...for the State The present application has been preferred for relaxation of the conditions of anticipatory bail as incorporated in the order dated 11th November, 2019 passed in CRM No.9317 of 2019.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have duly complied with all the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 11th November, 2019. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioners also surrendered before the learned Trial Court and were enlarged on bail. In the said conspectus, the conditions imposed upon the petitioners not to enter within the jurisdiction of Labpur Police Station be waived.

Mr. Bapuli, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there is no adverse report against the petitioners and they have complied with the conditions as

incorporated in the order dated 11th November, 2019. Let the report, as produced, be kept on record.

Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and since the petitioners have, till date, complied with the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 11th November, 2019, the condition to the effect that "the petitioners shall not enter the jurisdiction of Labpur Police Station until further orders except for the purpose of investigation and attending Court proceedings" is waived. The other conditions in the order 11th November, 2019 shall remain unaltered.

The application being CRAN No.3 of 2021 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
