And In the matter of: Bhasan Ansari @ Vashan Ansari @ Vashan Karikar .... petitioner Mr. Jisan Iqubal Hossain ....for the petitioner Mr. Prasun Kumar Dutta, Ld. APP, Mr. Tirthankar Dhali ....for the State 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neighbour and due to previous grudge, a false complaint has been lodged.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the State in opposing the prayer has referred to the case diary and the statement of the injured. A free fight took place on the date on which the victim alleged to have suffered injury and admitted to the hospital. 4.

We have considered the nature of the injury and the circumstances under which such incident had taken place. The nature of the injury appears to be simple. 5.

Accordingly, we allow this application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely, Bhasan Ansari @ Vashan Ansari @ Signed By :

Vashan Karikar shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/-, with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. 7.

The petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight till submission of the final report. 8.

It is further directed that the present accused petitioner shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Berhampore, Murshidabad within two weeks from date. 9.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
