The petitioner has preferred this application under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of the proceeding being G.R. No. 3587 of 2016 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda. 4.

Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency, it seems to this Court that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the instant revisional application.

Accordingly, CRR 2808 of 2017 is, thus, dismissed for default.

Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.

Connected applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
