Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in July, 2022. Trial has progressed substantially. 15 witnesses have already been examined. Allegations, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment.

Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
