Petitioner prays for cancellation of bail granted in favour of the private opposite parties by the order dated April 5, 2023. 3.

Post-bail misconduct is one of the grounds canvassed for grant of cancellation.

State and the private opposite parties are represented. 5.

There are two police complaints subsequent to the order granting bail.

Enquiry was undertaken by the police with regard to such complaints.

There was an incident of assault where, the petitioner before us suffered deep cut injury on his hand.

Subsequent to the private opposite parties being released on bail, there are two complaints of threats being held out. 9.

Trial is yet to commence.

In such circumstances, in order to prevent further incident between the private parties, it would be appropriate to direct the private opposite parties to stay outside the jurisdiction of the local police station where the police case stands registered until further orders.

Private opposite parties will furnish the address at which they would be staying to the Officer-in-Charge of the local police station where they are residing as also to the learned Court. 12.

Private opposite parties will do so within a fortnight from date.

13.

CRM (DB) 2784 of 2024 is disposed of.
