This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 2nd Court at Barasat to dispose of Money Suit No. 326 of 2021 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this application this court finds that the suit is at the stage of evidence and August 30, 2024 was fixed for evidence of PW-1.

In view thereof, CO 3037 of 2024 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr.

Division), 2nd Court at Barasat to make an endeavour to dispose of Money Suit No. 326 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
