Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail. Investigation is complete.

Under such circumstances, we record the condition of bail to meet the investigating officer once a week till submission of police report is no longer in force.

Other condition i.e. petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the P.S without obtaining prior leave from the investigating officer during investigation is also waived.

He shall appear before the jurisdictional court on every date of hearing.
