1. Petitioners were unable to furnish local sureties. As a result, they have not been able to avail of the order of bail.

2. Under such circumstances, we modify the condition of bail imposed upon the petitioners and direct that the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two registered sureties to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Baruipur, South 24 Parganas subject to condition that they shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

3. In the event the petitioners fail to appear before the Trial Court without any justifiable cause, the trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel their bail in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

4. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
