1. The alleged contemnors are present in Court and file affidavits of compliance. Let those be kept on record.

2. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court has been complied with, although only after issuance of the Rule.

3. Be that as it may, since the order of this Court has now been complied with, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the Rule pending.

4. Accordingly, the Rule, bearing WPCRC 152 of 2024, and the connected contempt

application, bearing CPAN No. 1412 of 2024, stand discharged and disposed of respectively in the light of the above observations.

5. Further appearance of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with.
