Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He submits he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Investigation is complete.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits victim suffered unnatural death within two years of marriage.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show victim was tortured over demands of dowry. She suffered unnatural death at the matrimonial home. Petitioner is the husband of the victim/housewife. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
