Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the complaint dated 29.08.2025 not being acted upon.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Parnashree Police Station Case No.103 dated 10.02.2025 has been registered for investigation wherein there are accusations against the petitioner for inducing the complaint of the said case for parting with a sum of Rs.35 lakhs.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the steps taken by the investigating officer which he complains to be an

over action. Petitioner subsequently claims that no notices have been served under Section 35(3) of the BNSS.

Be that as it may, the mode and manner in which the police authorities would conduct the investigation is absolutely the domain of the police authorities but the same should be in accordance with law.

Having considered that the name of the petitioner has already surfaced in a criminal case, petitioner is directed to take steps in accordance with law.

Learned advocate for the State submits that so far as the information furnished by the petitioner is concerned, the Technocity Police Station is aware regarding the same.

In view of the directions passed above, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Accordingly, WPA 20814 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
