Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the first petitioner is aged about 65 years. The incident arose out of disputes relating to construction of a boundary wall.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that, one of the injured suffered grievous hurt in the nature of fracture. He also refers to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners. One of the injured suffered grievous hurt.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4513 of 2022 is dismissed.
