Being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent/West Bengal Board of Primary Education in disposing of the application of the petitioner dated 16th January, 2023 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 in spite of specific direction of the Appellate Authority dated 28th March, 2023, this writ petition has been filed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the parties, WPA 20782 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the S.P.I.O. (RTI)/respondent no.3 to dispose of the aforesaid application of the petitioner dated 16th January, 2023 in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from the date of communication of this order.
