Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the police authorities. It has been informed on behalf of the respondent that WPA 9519 of 2025 appeared on 23.06.2025.

I find from the records that an accommodation was sought for on behalf of the petitioner.

Bank claimed that the costs have been deposited. If the costs have been deposited and there is no direction upon the police authorities to restrain from giving effect to the order passed by the District Magistrate, in that case, police authorities would, in

consultation with the bank authorities, fix a date and time and implement the order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20820 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
