In Re: CRAN 2 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners were granted bail on stringent conditions which were imposed in the order of bail dated 25.11.2024. On 07.04.2025 the said conditions were modified. Petitioners presently have prayed for waiving of other conditions.

Having considered the conditions which are presently in operation for the ends of justice and the trial is still at the same stage, I am not inclined to accept the prayer of the petitioners. Accordingly, CRAN 2 of 2025 is dismissed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
