Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. The materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner is involved in the offences alleged. The petitioner is a habitual offender. The materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner is guilty of offending the modesty of a lady. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4427 of 2022 is dismissed.
