The application being CAN 1 of 2024 is an application for correction of the order dated 14th December, 2023.

In the sixth line of the sixth paragraph of the second page of the said order, the expression "MAT 2416 of 2023" shall stand corrected and be read as "MAT 2453 of 2023".

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 14th December, 2023.

The other parts of the order dated 14th December, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

Hence, CAN 1 of 2024 is allowed.
