A copy of memo No.P-21A/2023-24/757 dated 05.12.2023 issued by the Proctor (Officiating), VisvaBharati, Santiniketan as filed in Court by the petitioner is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition was filed challenging an order of suspension issued by the University authority upon the petitioner who was pursuing MA course in the said University. However, after filing of the writ petition, the suspension has been withdrawn as would be evident from the copy of the memo filed today.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of without passing any further order, even as to costs.

Urgent certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
