1. Petitioner-wife has prayed for expeditious disposal of the proceeding. Order sheet shows date has been fixed for consideration of interim maintenance.

2. Keeping in mind the statutory mandate under the third proviso to Section 125 sub-section (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I direct the Magistrate to dispose of the application for interim maintenance as expeditiously as possible not later than 60 days from the date of communication of this order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, CRR 3621 of 2024 is disposed of.

4. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the petitioner on usual undertaking.
