293 bottles of Phensedyl syrup containing Codeine Mixture was allegedly seized from the petitioner. In view of commercial quantity of contraband being involved and the restriction in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.
