Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the incident arose between the family members. The petitioners also received injuries.
The injury report of the victim suggests that the victim suffered fracture of the elbow and was hospitalized. Apparently, the injury suffered by the victim is grievous hurt.
In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 4442 of 2022 is dismissed.
